An explosive collab for Elevage’s first ever Great Riesling Paulée, featuring Kupfergrube x Jugemu

Élevage are taking over Jugemu (indisputably the best Japanese restaurant in London) for one night with our superstar Nahe Riesling producer Gut Hermannsberg, to showcase their legendary Grosses Gewäches vineyard of Kupfergrube, in a Double Magnum format of 2017, one of the finest vintages ever made.

We will be joined by Achim Kirchner, CEO of Gut Hermannsberg, and impeccably fed by Yuya Kikuchi, genius sushi master and owner of Jugemu.
