Gaspard Brochet, in his cellar

PORTFOLIO

In a world that lacks patience, we decided to take a step back and remember that Rome wasn’t built in a day: Élevage was born from courage, passion, and vision.

We believe that now, discussing sustainability in the vineyard or the cellar, and even social sustainability, is almost redundant—because these they are the basics for any successful business, not its endpoint.

Now is the time to focus on a crucial aspect often overlooked in this industry: the act of opening a bottle. We must not only respect the remarkable work of the vignerons and allow the wines to mature properly with the time they need but, above all, ensure they are enjoyed in the best way possible. This is why our mission is to elevate the experience of wine consumption, embracing not only the hedonistic pleasures of wine but also the conviviality and joy of sharing.

Our wine selection has no compromises; we choose wines that exhibit verticality, complexity, and exceptional drinkability. Élevage is more than a mere wine merchant; we aim to educate and share our passion for wines, our tastes, and we will do our utmost to help you experience the emotions we felt when the first time we welcomed a producer into our portfolio.

One small sip for us, one giant leap for humanity.
