Achim Kirchner, CEO of Gut Hermannsberg arrives in London in May with some very precious gems from the winery’s Rarity Cellar - mature bottles of Gut’s most legendary Grosses Gewachs vineyard Kupfergrube in the 1988 and 1989 vintages, to compare against a vertical of their most recent dry expressions from 2020 - 2013, and the very rare 2013 Kupfergrube Extra Brut Sekt.

This will be one of the most complete demonstrations of the ageless beauty and greatness of Kupfergrube ever presented.

Élevage is thrilled to announce that Jade has produced a unique new cuvée Eight Bunches just for Poon’s at Somerset House, designed to pair with Amy Poon’s Cantonese home cooking.

Join us for the inaugural launch of this singular wine on the 21st of April at Poon’s, with a bespoke menu crafted by Amy and Jade to celebrate this collaboration.

In addition to the launch of the Eight Bunches cuvée, the dinner will also feature the new vintages of Jade’s whites (2025) and reds (2023). Wines will include the ultra rare Moon Rocket White 2025 and the stunning and rarely seen Jabalina rosé 2025.
