Élevage is thrilled to announce that Jade has produced a unique new cuvée Eight Bunches just for Poon’s at Somerset House, designed to pair with Amy Poon’s Cantonese home cooking.

Join us for the inaugural launch of this singular wine on the 21st of April at Poon’s, with a bespoke menu crafted by Amy and Jade to celebrate this collaboration.

In addition to the launch of the Eight Bunches cuvée, the dinner will also feature the new vintages of Jade’s whites (2025) and reds (2023). Wines will include the ultra rare Moon Rocket White 2025 and the stunning and rarely seen Jabalina rosé 2025.
