Join Pierre-Louis Waris-Larmandier at Wild Izakaya for an intimate exploration of his family estate’s most coveted Grand Cru lieu-dit Blanc de Blancs, paired with a sumptuous menu of sushi, tempura and yakitori.
Sourced from exceptionally old, low-yielding vines in some of the Côte des Blancs’ most historic and legendary parcels, these Champagnes are made only in the finest years, with just 500 to 1,500 bottles produced per lieu-dit. Each spends at least five years in bottle before release.
This is a rare opportunity to discover Chardonnay at its most expressive: a masterclass in how site, soil and vintage shape depth, texture and character of Blanc de Blancs Champagne.
