Pierre-Louis Waris-Larmandier leads a masterclass on a selection of his family most coveted lieu-dit Blanc de Blancs, coming from Grand Cru villages of Avize, Cramant and Mesnil-sur-Oger.
Sourced from exceptionally old, low-yielding vines in some of the Côte des Blancs’ most historic and legendary parcels, these Champagnes are made only in the finest years, with just 500 to 1,500 bottles produced per lieu-dit. Each spends at least five years in bottle before release.
This is a rare opportunity to discover Chardonnay at its most expressive: a masterclass in how site, soil and vintage shape depth, texture and character of Blanc de Blancs Champagne.
